01 / Purpose and information collected
Inquiry information is processed with your consent. Required and optional information have separate consent choices. Optional information is used only with your consent. It is not used to send advertising or promotional messages.

You may refuse consent. Without consent to the required information, this online inquiry cannot be submitted. You may submit an inquiry without providing or consenting to the optional information.
For newly submitted inquiries, we record the inquiry reference, receipt and update times, handling status, privacy notice version and language, optional consent and notification status. These records are retained for one year from receipt. Older inquiries may not have recorded consent evidence.
IP addresses and request and expiry times are processed separately to limit repeated inquiries and spam. The rate-limit window is 10 minutes; expired records are deleted when the next valid inquiry is submitted. Hosting providers may separately process access and security logs under their service terms.
Do not include identification numbers, health or payment information, or another person's personal information in your message.
02 / Retention and deletion
Inquiry information and consent records are retained and used for one year from receipt. Our team reviews and deletes information without undue delay when that period ends or it is no longer needed. Requests to withdraw consent or delete information are also reviewed and handled.
Our team deletes inquiry and consent records from the operational database using the administrative tools. Marking an inquiry as closed does not delete it. Deletion is currently performed by staff, not an automatic expiry service. Account-specific deletion periods for hosting backups are still being verified with the provider.
If a separate contract or a legal retention obligation applies, we separately explain the legal basis, information and period, and retain only the necessary records separately. We do not apply a blanket transaction-record retention period to every inquiry.

The services below support the website, inquiry storage and security. We review and manage the applicable processing agreements and service terms to limit processing to those purposes.

The standard OpenAI processing agreement for a customer based in Korea identifies OpenAI OpCo, LLC as the processor. We update this information if a separately signed agreement or an additional maintenance provider applies.
04 / International processing
This website uses OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. ChatGPT Sites does not guarantee that data stays within a particular country. A provider's registered location does not establish the location of this website's stored data.
When you use the website or submit an inquiry, inquiry fields, consent and handling records, and access-related information are processed through the network by the hosting infrastructure. The purposes are website delivery, inquiry storage and handling, and security. RE:BORN retains inquiry information for one year from receipt.
The actual storage, backup and operational-support countries, recipient-specific retention periods and international-transfer basis for this account are still being verified with the provider. This notice does not establish that all statutory international-transfer disclosures are complete. Consent to collection and use in the inquiry form is not treated as separate consent to international transfer.
Contact our privacy officer with questions about international processing or requests to stop processing or delete information. If you do not want the form to store your inquiry using this hosting arrangement, you may stop using it and call us to discuss another consultation method.
05 / Third-party disclosure and external services
We do not disclose inquiries for another company's independent advertising or marketing. Any disclosure requires separate consent or a legal basis and is limited to that purpose. Service-provider processing is described separately above. A separate automatic email notification service is not currently in use.
Smart Store, Instagram and other external links have their own privacy policies. Information you email directly to RE:BORN may also be processed by email services and through separate consultation procedures.
06 / Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. You or a lawful representative can contact us by email, phone or post below. After verifying identity or authority, we take the required action within applicable statutory deadlines and explain any legal restrictions.
This form is for project consultation by businesses, organizations and adult representatives. A legal guardian should submit inquiries on behalf of children under 14. Do not unnecessarily include a child's or another person's personal information.
07 / Security and cookies
We use administrator authentication and access restrictions, HTTPS, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite session settings, input validation and rate limiting. Inquiry access is limited to staff who need it, and operational access and safeguards are reviewed.
The website code does not use advertising or visitor-analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Administrator login uses an authentication cookie (reborn_admin_session, up to 12 hours). You may delete or block cookies in browser settings, but blocking them prevents administrator login. Hosting security processing and external services are governed by their respective policies.
